SECURITY
DEPOSIT WAIVER INSURANCE Typically, damage to a vacation
property means additional expense to you and us. As a guest of
Carolina Mountain Properties & Rentals, Inc. you will be
automatically covered against accidental damage to the property
you’ve rented and can your enjoy your vacation. The Damage
Waiver coverage is included with each reservation. Charges
associated with accidental damage will be waived if you abide by
the few simple rules shown below.
Rule #1 – Report It. If you observe property damage, whether
caused by a member of your party or not, you need to let us

damage. The most important thing is that we have the opportunity
to make repairs and correct the situation so your vacation is
not hampered and all is property for the next guests.
Rule #2 – Report It. Accidents happen. The premise of the waiver
is that accidents will occur and we want to minimum or even
eliminate your costs if they do. The waiver does not include
costs relating to damage that we consider intentional or
negligent.
Limitations & Exclusions: Charges relating to damages
that are unreported, intentional or due to negligence are not
covered under this plan. Such damages and the cost to correct
them is the responsibility of the guest who rented the property.
We reserve the sole right to determine whether damage is
accidental or not. The accidental damage waiver is limited to
$1500.00 per property rental with all excess amounts being the
responsibility of the registered guest.
-
