TYPES OF LEASES OFFERED:

SHORT-TERM LEASES are offered to business clients as well as corporate accounts. Also, you may be looking for property to buy in the area and just want to rent for a few weeks or months. These homes come fully furnished down to the pots, pans and dishes and offer all utilities included.

LONG-TERM LEASES are available as well for those folks looking for an unfurnished home and need a 6 month or longer lease agreement. Whether you need a one bedroom or three-four bedroom home, let us assist you in your search.

COMMERCIAL/BUSINESS LEASES can be arranged for those looking for a location to place their business. Our professional staff can assist you in finding the right location and size property to suit your needs.

LEASES WITH PETS are offered on some homes, with references and an additional non-refundable pet deposit. Deposit amounts vary by home

SECURING A RENTAL

Our rental policies are as follows:

• You must be at least 18 years of age to sign a lease
• You will need to see the property before signing a lease. Call 336-246-3010 Monday – Friday 9 am – 5 pm to schedule an appointment.
• You must show a valid driver’s license and Photo I.D.
• You will be expected to pay a small application fee for processing your application. Upon viewing the property you will be given our complete guidelines sheet that explains what you will need to bring as verification as well as an application form if you so desire.
• A security deposit as well as the first month’s rent will be collected at the time you sign your lease. Call for details on the required deposit and amount of the rent (which will be prorated the first month).
